Sponsorship bookings are final. Once you have paid for a slot, the booking is non-refundable.
When you book, an edition slot is reserved for you, exclusive slots are taken off the market for that edition, and we begin preparing your placement. Because the slot cannot then be resold, bookings are sold on a non-refundable basis. This is a business-to-business service and the statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply.
If we decline or cancel your booking before it runs, for example because it does not fit the newsletter, we will refund that booking in full to your original payment method.
If your slot did not run when it should have, or something was clearly our mistake, email localscoopderby@gmail.com with your booking reference and we will put it right, normally by running your slot in the next edition.
